1-3 Prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, learn comfort measures and other labor management techniques, process and release fears around birth and parenthood, formulate a postpartum plan
Text and phone support throughout pregnancy
On-Call availability from 38-42 weeks
Continuous labor and birth support until 1-2 hours after birth
1-2 Postpartum Visits to process the birth, discuss the effectiveness of postpartum plan, and connect you with any resources needed
Informed Birth Package
